Thomas H. Handy Sazerac is bottled straight from the barrel, at cask strength, and gets its name from the New Orleans bartender who first used rye whiskey in the Sazerac cocktail. It is full of rich flavours of toffee, fruit and bold spices, with an undercurrent of mint, clove and fruit cake.
